WESTECH is a trusted partner to the US Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) and Northrop Grumman supporting the Minuteman III ICBM GSSC with ICBM training simulators and specialized test bench system sustainment and O&M. WESTECH is responsible for providing critical sustainment support for 11 one-of-a-kind ICBM Missile Procedures Trainers and the only Virtual Airborne Procedures Trainer (VAPT) in existence. These trainers are actual life-size, fully functional simulators used by ICBM Missile Crews, Missile Technicans and Airborne Launch Control Center crews for initial and recurring training, and proficiency evaluations. WESTECH also provides logistical and maintenance support for 18 Ground Minuteman Automated Test Systems (GMATS) test stations located at six Air Force bases across the US.

The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) is responsible for synchronizing all aspects of nuclear materiel management on behalf of Air Force Materiel Command in direct support of Air Force Global Strike Command. The Airborne Launch Control System provides strategic capability of survivable airborne command and control for the Air Force’s fleet of ICBMs. WESTECH provided Systems, Radio Frequency, and Design & Test Engineering support for the ALCS System. WESTECH also developed requirements, supports technical discussions, produces studies & reports, designs & tests related hardware & software systems, and performs RF trade studies in support of the contract.

White Sands Missile Range, the DOD's largest fully-instrumented open air range, provides America's Armed Forces, allies, partners, and defense technology innovators with the world's premiere Research, Development, Test, & Evaluation (RDT&E), experimentation, and training facilities to ensure our nation's defense readiness. WESTECH provided range organizational-level maintenance, range mission subsystems O&M, communications services, support to test and evaluation, and deployment of range instrumentation. WESTECH personnel supported mission-essential communications electronics and frequency surveillance operations throughout the range.

WESTECH supported three squadrons and two detachments for the United States Air Force by providing all Mission Planning & Operational Test and evaluation support for the entire fleet of USAF F-117 stealth aircraft. This support included flight scheduling, mission profile planning, coordination with the FAA, WSMR & other ranges, air refueling assets, Holloman AFB agencies, and other on-site contractors.
