WESTECH has a long history of providing integrated logistics support to DoD. Activities include supply operations, property accountability and management, procurement, disposal, inventory, shipping and receiving, documentation, and most importantly customer service. WESTECH has operated the largest supply warehouse in CONUS for the Army at the National Training Center (NTC) at Fort Irwin, CA for over 13 years. For the Air Force, WESTECH provides supply warehouse operations for six geographically separated bases to support the ICBM high-fidelity training systems, devices, and specialized test benches. WESTECH operates Motor Pools at various Army installations providing preventative and corrective maintenance functions for thousands of tactical and non-tactical vehicles. With a focus on safety and environmental compliance WESTECH has excelled at every location.

WESTECH provides general maintenance support (track and report on all GFE inventory actions, TMDE calibration status, and maintenance actions capturing average cost of repairs (labor and parts) and equipment maintenance reports) and instrumentation maintenance support (maintenance and fabrication services for hardware, software, and firmware). WESTECH provides depot-level repair down to the component level and instrumentation battery maintenance services (charging and repair). WESTECH personnel provide test instrumentation calibration services. WESTECH provides Automotive Maintenance and Motor Pool Operations such as vehicle parking, issue, and dispatch; maintenance (preventative and unscheduled repair through depot level) for the 217 assigned vehicles/equipment dispersed among three locations (Forts Hood, Bliss, and Bragg). WESTECH provides logistics, supply planning, and operational support to sustain test operations. WESTECH also provides Transportation services (packaging, shipping, and receiving services) for all required parts and inventory items valued at over $19.3M for 1439 Authorized Stock Lines.

WESTECH’s logistics support of the GSSC contract includes operating a depot supply warehouse at Hill AFB, UT to support the fleet of 18 Ground Minuteman Automated Test Systems (GMATS) specialized test stations located at six bases. This warehouse stores over 1500 items valued at $18.8M supporting the entire GMATS fleet. Additionally, at five other bases, WESTECH operates mini supply parts warehouses to support the 11 one-of-a-kind ICBM Missile Procedures Trainers (MPTs) and the only Virtual Airborne Procedures Trainer (VAPT) in existence. Overall, WESTECH is responsible for managing over $116.8M in Government Furnished Property (GFP), consisting of: $57.3M of ICBM life-sized and fully functioning trainers (simulators), $14.4M in specialized GMATS test benches, and $45.1M in materials (tools, spare parts, equipment, special test equipment, etc.) at six different bases.

WESTECH supported the National Training Center at Ft. Irwin, CA operating the largest supply warehouse in CONUS for the US Army. The Company’s activities included the Direct Support Supply Activity (DSSA) with Class II, IV, VII, IX and Common Air & Missile (CA&L) and the Forward Distribution Point (FDP). WESTECH provided Stock Control, Customer Support Assistance, Receiving, Storage, Issue, and Turn-In services. WESTECH managed the Authorized Stockage List (ASL) and Non-Stockage List (NSL) assets using the Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) with Hand-Held Terminals (HHTs) or Automated Manifest Systems (AMS), or manually input data. WESTECH operated the Theater Ammunition Supply Point (TASP). The TASP provided 1425 different types of Class V conventional ammunition. WESTECH was responsible for over 900 Operational Group tactical and non-tactical vehicles providing all maintenance functions and activities. WESTECH operated the Basic Item Issue (BII) Secondary Load, Offline Draw, Escalation of Force (EOF) kits, and Specialty Equipment supply support.
